- Thermal imaging of the interior as well as exterior walls of the building
- Unit by unit interior inspections and common areas
- Intrusive moisture readings of interior drywall
- Interior microbial air samples to be analyzed by a certified microbial laboratory
- Remediation and repair protocols based on our findings
