Water Management Consultants & Testing, Inc. works with Developers, Architects and General Contractors as an independent third party consulting, inspection and testing firm specializing in the exterior envelope of all types of building construction. This includes the following construction trades:

• Emphasis is based upon sound building practices including below grade waterproofing extending upward to include the exterior envelope package and the roof system.
• Assist architectural firms in the development of building envelope waterproofing details following local building codes, manufacturer installation guidelines, submittal packages, manufacturer warranties and industry standards.
• Assist general contractors in the organization and preparation of preconstruction meetings with selected subcontractors. These meetings help determine the coordination of subcontractors, material sequencing, and mock-up installations that set the standards for the project.
• Assist General Contractors in the review and coordination of the most critical areas of the building envelope including material and system intersection. 
• Assist the project team in establishing a well defined Quality Control (QC) program that includes jobsite inspections with the project superintendent to ensure the proper installation of products and systems. 
• Assist the project team and manufacturer representatives to ensure warranties are issued.
