Water Management Consultants & Testing, Inc. has developed a system for closing out projects through a series of inspections that includes coatings, sealants, claddings, roof systems, flashings and aesthetics of the building. Closeout inspections are conducted at substantial project completion and eleven months after completion for identification of possible subcontractor warranty items.

• Initial inspection of individual units. This inspection will focus on the exterior envelope of the building and will include balconies, walkways and all common areas.

• Picture and text report accompanied by a tracking sheet identifying areas of concern and location.

• Follow up inspections to clear the punch list.
